Gardens Designed for Every Space

Lauren has always found joy in bringing more green to the built environment. As a garden designer in New York City, she worked with ON Design, Greenery NYC, and as a freelance designer, helping clients create gardens that fit their aesthetic, lifestyle, and budget.

From intimate backyard retreats to vibrant rooftop oases, she tackled every aspect of the process- designing, sourcing, installing, and maintaining these urban green spaces. Whether driving a van up and down Manhattan, selecting seasonal greens in the floral district, or hauling plant material from the Long Island nurseries, she embraced the challenges of city gardening. No space was too small- terraces, tree pits, rooftops, offices, and courtyards all had the potential for a little more life.
