As a multimedia, intersectional artist, I explore the interconnectedness of nature, community, and personal experience through my work. My sculpture and assemblages are built from a diverse range of materials, including ocean plastics, found-objects collected by the community, fabrics, family relics, paper, and ceramic adorned with wire, glass beads, and pearls. I also make pottery and paint repurpose furniture, infusing everyday objects with joy.

My art delves into themes of social ecology, valuation of nature and material object, well-being and trauma, the essential nature of connection, and the power of collective action. Each piece is a conversation between material and message, highlighting the spiritual and emotional connections that tie us to our environment and to each other. Through my work, I hope to encourage reflection on our shared responsibilities and the potential for collective healing and resilience.
